Q: Do you have a standard style for your caps and hats?
A: Yes, we do have standard
styles for the caps and hats that we manufacture
but we can also create according to client's
specifications.
Q: Who designs your caps and hats?
A: Our clients are the ones who provide the designs. They only need to give the artwork to us and we'll apply it to the caps/hats.
Q:
What kinds of fabric are you using?
A: We use fabrics that are existing in the market. Some examples are: Twill, Brushed Twill, Maxi Twill, Micro Fiber, Corduroy, Denim and Dyed fabrics. We can also source fabrics according to client's requirements.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Submit a Purchase Order to us and indicate the payment terms and delivery date.
Q: How long does it take your company to deliver the orders?
A: For sampling, we deliver it (one) 1 week after design has been given to us. While for orders, we deliver the caps/hats 15 to 21 working days after approval of design and submission of Purchase Order.
Q: What are the payment terms?
A: Normally, we require 50% down payment and balance payable after 30 days (client to give post-dated check for the balance).
